SS19 Inspirations

Our Spring Summer collection continues the Gloverall tradition of British made, quality outerwear.

This season we have expanded our range to include salt wash indigo dyed artisan knitwear, organic cotton jersey t-shirts and sweatshirts, all produced in the UK. Spring Summer 2019 also introduces our first unisex garments.

The quintessential English garden was the inspiration for our Spring Summer 2019 collection. Styles such as the Harry Jacket and Jack Jacket borrow utility detailing and silhouettes of traditional gardening workwear, our menswear range is contemporary yet wearable. Womenswear has been re-imaged with new, trend led pieces, in our key seasonal colours of Petrol and Ginger.

This season fabrics reflect the ever-changing climate of today, with a truly transitional collection for those rainy days. Styles like the James Car Coat for men and Iris Car Coat for women are lightweight and perfect for unexpected showers.

The signature Gloverall duffle coat is given an injection of colour for summer, with treated cotton from British mill Halley Stevensons, for the Summer Monty Duffle Coat and women's Lucy Duffle Coat. We have also developed technical Italian fabrics, water-resistant ripstop with a neon orange resin coating, and vibrant lightweight nylons.

Later in the season, Irish linens follow, presented in natural and wearable tones. We have also developed technical Italian fabrics, water-resistant ripstop with a neon orange resin coating, and vibrant lightweight nylons seen in our Henry Bomber Jacket.
